Born on August 21, 1980, in Mumbai, Vijay Ganguly is the secret sauce behind some of Bollywood’s sickest dance moves ๐บ. As the son of filmmaker Anil Ganguly and bro of actress Rupali Ganguly, this dude’s got genes ๐.
Vijay started as an assistant choreographer in 2005 with “Bunty Aur Babli” and worked with the big dogs โ Taare Zameen Par, Yuvvraaj, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi ๐ค. His big break came in 2015 with “Hate Story 3” as a dance director. But it was “Ban Ja Rani” from “Tumhari Sulu” (2017) that put him on the map โญ๏ธ.
