Rinku Khanchand Singh is a cricket player who made a name for himself in the cricket scene very quickly. Singh's batting along with his off-spin bowling have made him an iconic figure in Indian cricket.

Rinku hails from Uttar Pradesh and started playing the sport at the under-16 level. He quickly rose to the Uttar Pradesh under-19 squad through his hard work and skill. In 2016, he became an essential member of the Uttar Pradesh under-19 team, which progressed to the Vinoo Mankad Trophy finals.

A knee injury kept him out of the IPL in 2021, but this time he came back even stronger. His standout performance was in the match from the 9th of April 2023, during which he scored five consecutive sixes in the final over's last five balls against the Gujarat Titans. This led KKR to an incredible victory and created a record for the highest-ever chase in the last over of an IPL match.

International Career

Singh embarked on his international journey in August 2023, playing against Ireland, and delivered another crucial inning by scoring 22* off 14 balls in the first T20I against Australia in November 2023 at Vishakhapatnam. This type of performance would indicate his potential on the international scene.

In May 2019, Singh participated in the Ramadan T20 Tournament in Abu Dhabi without prior permission and was subsequently suspended by the Board of Control for Cricket in India for three months.
