On November 6, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their first child, Raha, into the world. And Ranbir is still coming to grips with becoming a parent, and he never anticipated to feel this way following the birth of his first kid.
Ranbir was questioned on the sidelines of the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah how his life had altered after becoming a father. To which he said that it is a pleasure to have Raha in his life and that having a daughter gives him stars in his thoughts.
He pondered why he hadn't become a father sooner because it's a wonderful sensation. He also shared his fears, stating that when his children reach the age of 20, he will be 60, and expressed concern about his ability to keep up with their enthusiasm.
Speaking about how he intends to raise his daughter with a working wife, Ranbir stated during the press conference that, in terms of work, he and Alia place a high importance on time away from work. "I don't work that much anyhow; I work about 180-200 days a year." She (Alia Bhatt) works a lot more and is much busier than I am. But we'll make up for it. I'll probably take a break when she starts working. "She will take a break when I start working," he explained.
Ranbir went on to say that it is an exciting period in their life because he and Alia were previously boyfriend and girlfriend before becoming husband and wife, and they are now parents to their one-month-old daughter Raha. The pair, who met on the set of Brahmastra Part One: Shiva in 2018, married earlier this year in April.
