In a candid interview with David Letterman on his show My Next Guest, when the host asked, “Tell me about a girl you fell in love with and she left.” She arrives Mumbai. What you do know is that she loves swimming. So your plan is, we’ll start going to the beach.”
Shah Rukh Khan responded with a hilarious retort. He said, “I landed in Mumbai and then started looking for her and had no idea that there’s not one beach. Mumbai has a number of beaches. Then we sat in a cab, and I told the driver ,I have 400 rupees, can you take us to all the beaches, and as soon as the money on the metre runs out, just drop us off?
“My buddies revolted,” Shah Rukh Khan went on. They became quite upset and said, ‘This is it.’ ‘Your love tale has come to an end.’ They didn’t give because they were hungry. They don’t have any place to stay. I was about to leave and then I heard a voice. Then I raced out to the shore, and sure enough, Gauri appeared in 150 frames…. wait, that didn’t happen. But she was there, and she asked, “What are you doing here?”
