South Indian actress Deepika Rangaraju is an up-and-coming public figure who also has credits to Tamil films, television serials, as well as Telugu serials to her resume. She was born on September 29, 1996, in Panruti, Tamil Nadu, India. Deepika’s schooling was completed at Shree A. Subbaraya Chett Girls Higher Secondary School, Panruti, and she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Engineering degree from Shri Andal Alagar College of Engineering, Mamandur.
Before entering the entertainment field, Deepika worked as a newsreader for Captain TV (in Tamil). Also, she appeared in a few music videos. She debuted as an actress in 2019 in a Tamil film, Aaradi, and she received the Best Actress Award at the American Golden Picture International Film Festival for her performance. Someone on the show, while recording a scene, told me that my “natural screen presence and acting skills” have shown promise and predicted I would be successful in the industry.
Deepika’s first appearance was in 2021 in a Tamil television serial called Chithiram Pesuthadi that garnered great respect from the television audience. In 2022, she expanded into the Telugu television scene with the serial Brahmamudi. Her expressive acting and versatile performances thus far have won her a considerable fan base in both Tamil and Telugu films.
Standing at 5’5 height (165 cm) and a weight of about 53 kg, Deepika is aesthetically pleasing on-screen. Her hobbies include travelling and shopping; she identifies as a Hindu. Deepika lives in Chennai at present, but has many projects and goes back to her small town of Panruti quite frequently.
Deepika is not married and likes to keep her personal life private. She is a passionate and determined actress, which will lead her to even more opportunities in the years to come.
