Following her successful completion of her MBA at IIM Ahmedabad, Vineeta received an offer to join the Mumbai-based recruitment firm Quetzal Online Pvt. Ltd. as a director. She spent five years working there. Subsequently, she co-founded Fab Bag, a company that supplies beauty products. FAB BAG, who recently celebrated ten years. Among the numerous affiliate brands available on the web is Vineeta's "Sugar" brand.

The CEO and co-founder of "SUGAR Cosmetics" is Vineeta Singh. In 2015, she founded the business. Ever since its launch, the brand has grown a lot in popularity.
