How to do Kurmasana:

•Enter Dandasana- spread your legs in front with an erect back

•Spread your legs away from each other, and bring your torso all the way forward (may feel a little awkward in this position but it's completely okay)

•Now you are going to slide your arms inside, so for that, you need to bring your knees slightly upward

•Bring your arms, inhale and just roll your shoulders slender in.

•Now while exhaling, bend forward down the chest in front of you

•Try to touch the ground with the forehead

•Stretch your arms outsides as much as you can

•In this posture, both your legs will be on both the hands and your chin and chest will be touching the floor

•If you feel relaxed in the position, you can go further and try to move both your hands below the knees to the back and hold them above the hips

•If you feel pain in any of your parts, take your arms slightly forward. Relax for a spell and take deep breaths.

•At last, slowly come out of the position.
