Abstract:
Tom Cruise plays Maverick, a daring and rule-breaking F-14 pilot with exceptional flying skills. While attending the famous Navy air combat course known as "Top Gun," he begins a romance with a civilian instructor (Kelly McGillis) and competes fiercely with fellow pilot Ice (Val Kilmer) to become a Maverick the best rebel traits tend to annoy his superiors, but his impressive Flightability is still impressive.
