Ending explained in detail:

Siddharth’s motive

Surekha is distraught when Bhure is shot dead while hunting for Hanif Khan.

Siddharth informs Chetna that the assignment was finished and that he would be going, to which she asks him to take her with him, as she want to leave her life with Panna.

Surekha checks and finds that Suwa, Dhanna, Panna, and Kanwar were stealing from a residence in Delhi.

During their act, a woman entered the room. They raped and murdered her, dismembering her body and abandoning her body. Cheryl, Siddharth's wife, was the woman in issue (Mandana Karimi).

Siddharth's motivation for brutally killing the four is retaliation for what they did to his wife.

Revenge saga

Instead of going to Delhi, Siddharth invites Chetna to the fort to show her the state of her husband & his friends.

He yells at Panna to tell Chetna where he found the necklace she is presently wearing. Cheryl had owned it, and Panna had grabbed it from her neck after sexually assaulting her.

tharThe many rings and earpieces that Siddharth removed from each of them also belonged to Cheryl, and he was only reclaiming them.

Chetna is startled by the entire incident. Surekha kills Hanif Khan and makes it to the fort.

He tells Siddharth that he knows what happened to his family and pushes him to submit, but Siddharth can only respond with a sorrowful stare.

He is shot by a tearful Chetna as retaliation for what he done to her family, with little regard for what had happened to him.

The cycle of vengeance

Chetna is revealed to be pregnant with Siddharth's child six months after all that transpired in the fort. She also finds his stash of cash and the jewels he severed.

Surekha mulls how retribution doesn't care if you live or die. Yet completing it does not provide justice or put an end to your hatred.

Every avenger digs two graves. One for their adversary, and one for themselves, and they continue to live with the grave close by them.

With the storm that devastated Munabao affecting everybody's life, Surekha offers to drop off Chetna and their companions, bringing the film to a close as the expanse of the desert is made clear to the audience.
