Sara Ali Khan Talks About Failure Of Love Aj Kal 2!!!
You see how very difficult it is for an individual to get back on their feet again after falling?
So, right now, Sara Ali Khan has come out and opened up about how she's been really candid and honest about her journey within Bollywood. India Today got candid with her through discussions, interviews, and what have you, about those seemingly gloomy times after the releases of Love Aaj Kal 2 and Coolie No 1.
The thing is, Sara feels pretty fortunate overall - she's got a good relationship with the media and some really loyal fans who've stuck by her side. She mentioned something really interesting - her fans were quicker to move past her not-so-great performances than she was herself! It wasn't until after Atrangi Re that people started forgetting about Love Aaj Kal 2, but Sara? She needed until Zara Hatke Zara Bachke to start forgiving herself.
The whole Love Aaj Kal 2 and Coolie No 1 phase really hit her hard. It's kind of touching how honest she is about it taking years to process those setbacks. She says she's finally starting to let go of that baggage during her recent promotions, realizing it's all in the past now. She's keenly looking forward that her new film Ae Watan Mere Watan will get her into the limelight.
A really wishful thinking for the debutant, who starred in Kedarnath back in 2018 along with the late Sushant Singh Rajput. She really has a long way to go; Love Aaj Kal 2, by Imtiaz Ali, happens to be just her third film- and yes, it bombed at the BO. But that's cool; she moved on, appearing in films like Simba, Murder Mubarak, and Atrangi Re, showing how rocky parts of the journey only sweeten the bracket, or something. What say?
