In 2014,Yaariyan was released which featured young talents in Bollywood like Himanshu Kohli and Rakul Preet Singh. Now, the second installment is ready to begin. The first installment was directed by Divya Khosla Kumar while the second part will be directed by Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao.
This time the film will feature a completely new star cast. Divya will also be there in the pivotal role. Naagin Actor Pearl V Puri , Meezan Jafri and television actor Yash Dasgupta . Anaswara Rajan, Warina Hussain, and Priya Varrier will also be there in the lead roles.
Today an official poster was released by the makers T-Series on their official Instagram handle. A tagline was also included in the film that Cousins by blood, friends by choice! A family glued by the bond of friendship now brings Yaariyan 2 to you.
From the tagline, it seems like this time the storyline is completely different from its first sequel. The first installment storyline was based on a gang of college students who learn about love, values, and ambition in life when they come out on a journey to compete with the world.
Talking about the poster gives a glimpse of one of the tracks from the film titled ‘Teri Talash Mein ‘ and also features various modes of transport. However, the makers are keeping some of the details under wraps.
Yaariyan 2 is going to be the debutant movie of Pearl V Puri along with Malayalam actress Aishwarya Ranjan, Anaswara Rajan, Yash Dashgupta and Priya Varrier. Meezan Jafri made his Bollywood debut with Malaal in 2019, while Yash is a popular Bengali TV actor.
Fans are excited to watch the second installment of Yaariyan which is expected to release on May 12, 2023.
