Parineeti Chopra is literally on cloud nine after the trailer of her new upcoming film Uunchai got positive response. The film celebrates the lifelong friendship and it has huge stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta, Sarika, Nafisa Ali Sodhi and Danny Denzongpa. The film is Directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya, and the film is all set to release on November 11.
But recently, she shared that she rejected Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal which will be directed by Imtiaz Ali’s film. In an interview, Parineeti discloses the reason but she also says that it’s ‘part and parcel of life’.The actress shares that such things are normal and it is okay. “It’s a part and parcel of life and we have to make our own choices. You have to make the choice that is right for you”. However, after her the South star Rashmika Mandanna is now doing the film.
Now she is all set to work in Imtiaz Ali’s next titled Chamkila. It will be a biopic on famous Punjabi folk singer Amar Singh Chamkila. The filmmaker has met the late Punjabi singer’s son Jaiman Chamkila and his wife Amanjot Kaur. Reports have stated that Diljit Dosanjh may come on board.
