Kamaal R Khan is known for giving reviews for Bollywood films and this time he is bashing Vikram Vedha. The film is staring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan as the leading roles. Directed by Pushkar-Gayatri film opened this weekend a little over the 10 crore mark, which is a little below the expectations as they were expecting an opening of atleast 15 crores.
KRK recently announced that he is retiring from Bollywood and that Laal Singh Chaddha would be his last review but after that he was arrested. Then he again stated some days back that he is ending his profession as a film critic and he also shared that Vikram Vedha will be his last review.
While sharing a detailed review KRK claimed that Vikram Vedha is already a disaster on box office in its second day. “In day 2 90% morning shows of VikramVedha has been canceled all over India. Noon shows are just having 50% less occupancy than in day 1. Which means the film has become a disaster on its day 2. Landing cost of the film will be ₹250Cr.
KRK also called this film a ‘crap.’ He shared, “If film makers will keep making films like Bhediya and VikramVedha in today’s world, then they can’t blame public for not watching films. Why public will waste their hard earned money and time for these Waahiyat films? Please stop this nonsense, if you really want to save Bollywood.”
Vikram Vedha is expected to be a lifeline for Bollywood during these boycott trends. The start may have been a little slow but we are just hoping that the film will do good in the future.
