Hrithik Roshan will star in the next Indian Hindi-language superhero action movie Krrish 4, which is the fourth film in the Krrish franchise to hit theatres following Koi. Krrish (2006), Krrish 3 (2013), and Mil Gaya (2003). The franchise also includes the animated television film series Kid Krrish on Cartoon Network and J Bole Toh Jadoo, a live-action/animated spin-off that debuted on Nickelodeon (India) in 2004. Hrithik Roshan's father, Rakesh Roshan, who wrote, directed, and produced the previous films in the franchise, stated in 2013 that he intended to create a fourth Krrish movie.
