Salman Khan mourns the death his body double Sagar Pandey’s demise: ‘Dil se shukar adda kar raha hoon’

Sagar Pandey, Salman Khan's body double, passed away.The 50-year-old passed away on September 30, Friday, following a heart attack. According to accounts, Sagar Pandey collapsed at the gym on Friday afternoon while working out. Salman Khan and his fans are saddened by the unexpected death of his most-loved body double. With an emotional tweet, the celebrity took to his official social media accounts to mourn the passing of Sagar Pandey.

Salman Khan posted a photo with his late body double, which was clicked at the set of the 2015 film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The actor gave thanks to Sagar Pandey for always being there for him. "Dil se shukar adda kar raha hoon for being present with me. Brother Sagar, may your soul rest in peace. "Thank you," Salman Khan writes in his post. In the post, the superstar's close companions and friends from the movie industry, including his bodyguard Sheraa and Sangeeta Bijlani, paid tribute to Sagar Pandey in the superstar’s post.

For the uninitiated, Sagar Pandey, who is originally from Uttar Pradesh, has collaborated on over 50 films with Salman Khan. Dabangg, Dabangg 2, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tubelight, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and other films are among his most popular.  If the reports are to be believed,   Sagar Pandey was also working as Salman Khan's body double in his next  upcoming movies, Tiger 3 and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Sagar's last rituals will take place in his birthplace Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh.

Coming to Salman Khan's career, he was most recently seen in Antim, in which he made an extended cameo. The film, which was directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, was a commercial flop. He will next be seen in a cameo role in the Telugu film GodFather, which features megastar Chiranjeevi in the title role. His much-anticipated film  Kisi Ki Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, is set to enter theatres in December of this year.
