Eve Torres Age, Height, Weight, Husband, Net Worth In 2025

Eve Torres is an American retired professional wrestler, who gained fame not only during her WWE years but also during her acting, dancing, modeling, and teaching at martial arts schools. By their role as a three-time WWE Divas Champion, she was among the busiest WWE Diva personalities throughout their Divas Era. She retired from wrestling in the year 2013 but transitioned to teaching martial arts and self-defense, running her school with her husband Rener Gracie.

Eve Torres
Eve was born on August 21, 1984, in Boston, Massachusetts. Eve held a full scholarship at the University of Southern California and did well academically and as a scholar-athlete. She started working as a model as well as a dancer in music videos and commercials. Her wrestling journey began after winning the 2007 WWE Diva Search, which earned her a contract with WWE and led to her training in Ohio Valley Wrestling, WWE’s developmental territory at the time.

Eve started getting her WWE main roster in 2008, initially doing non-wrestling work such as backstage interviews. She eventually made it to in-ring work, gradually working herself up through feuds and consistent performances. Her first true turn came in 2010 when she defeated Maryse for the Divas Championship. She successfully retained the title twice and thrice, the first WWE Diva ever to accomplish that.

During her WWE tenure, Eve participated in several storylines and feuds and managed to showcase her athleticism and charisma. Though used early on in typical "Divas Era" angles, she cemented herself as a legitimate competitor, and WWE gradually incorporated her into big matches and feuds. Her fourth and final Divas Championship reign in 2012 was four months long, then she was defeated by Kaitlyn for the title in January 2013 and retired from professional wrestling.

Eve even performed just as well outside. She appeared as a guest on many TV shows and movies, sometimes as a guest or herself. Eve is interested in self-defense and now co-runs Gracie University in California with her husband, Rener Gracie, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Eve married Rener in 2014 and has two children. Eve remains a strong name in wrestling, remembered not just for her championships but for breaking ceilings at a time when women were fighting to be heard in WWE.
