Devaki Rajendran is an actress associated with Malayalam cinema. She’s also known as a cotillion and a choreographer who has been active in this field for numerous times. As a film actress, she’s best known for playing resemblant lead in 2023 lampoon- disquisition suspenser, Purusha Pretham directed by acclaimed director Krishand of Aavasavyuham fame. She played Inspector Sebastian’s sexual paramour, who latterly becomes his love interest in the film. Devaki Rajendran was born in Thiruvananthapuram on May 7, 1992. Since the age of 4, she started training in folk cotillion and Bharatanatyam. latterly the family shifted to Mumbai for a while. She completed advanced secondary studies after returning back to birthplace. She started her theatre trip during her council days in Maharaja’s Women’s College, Thiruvananthapuram.
Samasyaapuranam directed by Rajeev Gopalakrishnan was her debut play. It was followed by Kimartham Draupathi, Swarna Simhasanam etc. She also appeared in a many musical vids.
2009 Viji Thampi film, Chemistry marked her screen debut
She marked her screen debut with 2009 Viji Thampi film, Chemistry, where she played the character Juna Mary. She first came into spotlight after she appeared in Fahadh Fasil starrer Malik. Her part as David’s woman and Freddie’s mama was well entered. In 2023, she got a meaty part in Purusha Pretham. She was paired with Prasanth Alexander in this suspenser.
Devaki Rajendran has also done a many short flicks and web series.
