The couple has two children, a son named Divyansh and a daughter named Dirisha.


Throughout his career, Deepak Rawat has held several significant positions. After completing his training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, he was appointed an IAS officer of the Uttarakhand Cadre. He has served as the DM of Bageshwar, the managing director of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam, the district magistrate of Nainital, and the district magistrate of Haridwar. Additionally, he has held positions such as MD-PTCUL, MD-UPCL, and Director-Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency. Currently, he serves as the commissioner of Kumaon.
