Kriti Sanon has often shared insights about her upbringing, emphasizing that she genuinely identifies with her upper-middle-class roots. The actress has mentioned that her parents never made her feel that money was ever a concern for the family.

Discussing her background, Kriti said, “It’s not about finances. I would definitely say I’m privileged. I come from a middle-class family, but I’ve never felt the need to work because of financial necessity. That pressure was never there. My parents were both working, and I never felt like we were lacking anything.”

She further elaborated, saying, “I’ve always considered myself to be from an upper-middle-class background. I’ve never been extremely wealthy, but I’ve also never felt the urge to do something just for the money. I still have a joint account with my father, and even now, I’m not fully aware of the money coming in and out. Recently, I’ve started asking more about it, like, ‘Tell me how much is there.’”
