Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao Starrer Stree   is  among the most loved horror comedy movies of Bollywood. Released in 2017, the film has garnered a lot of love and appreciation from the audience and has earned around Rs 125 crores at the box office. Now, after 6 years, makers are finally gearing up for Stree 2. According to Reports, Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik are ready to start the shooting of Stree 2 in July 2023. The film was literally a game-changer for Maddock Films. Now, makers are investing all their efforts to come up with something better than the first installment of the film. The script has been finalized and now the makers are working on the dialogue draft. The pre-production work of the film will start in April, and now makers are planning to get it on floors by July, this year. 

Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor will return to this horror-comedy franchise, to give audiences again a very adventurous experience. To give audience a more entertaining experience, the film  will  have a special appearance of Varun Dhawan as Bhediya. For the first time, the characters of the horror comedy universe will start jumping into each other's narratives. According to a source, Varun Dhawan will have a brief appearance in the movie. Excitement of Fans has been doubled.

Work Front Of Dinesh Vijan
On the Work Front, Apart from the second installment of Stree, Dinesh Vijan has started shooting another horror-comedy titled Munjha. It stars Sharvari Wagh along with some more versatile actors from the Hindi film industry. The film is directed by Aditya Satpodar. Dinesh Vijan is also coming up with a robot-based rom-com. It stars Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. The film also marks their first on-screen collaboration. The film is helmed by Amit Rai.
