Many newcomers must endure the mental and physical agony of the casting couch in their personal lives as well as their professional lives. The mentioned celebrity is a womaniser who puts actresses through the casting process. In his films, only actresses  who agree to his  demands are cast opposite  him. When one actress refused, he  demanded  that she  be  removed  from  the film.  The director, on the other hand,  was adamant. How will they account for their salaries of other cast  & crew? What about cost of production & promotion? That's when a source informed us that the producer has been inflating the production budget for the sake of earning more subsidies from the foreign government. The movie in question will be shot at a foreign locale. The country gives subsidies to movies that are shot in there as it boosts tourism & helps create jobs. The inflating of star salaries also creates more hype around the movie.
