Anushka Sharma Set Her Priorities Straight!!!

In an old video, Anushka Sharma shared that marriage was very important to her and expressed a desire to have kids and step back from work after getting married, even before meeting Virat Kohli. Anushka, now married to cricketer Virat Kohli and mother of two, has continued her acting career post-marriage, starring in films like Pari, Sanju, Sui Dhaaga, and Zero. However, in a 2012 interview with Simi Garewal, a then 23-year-old Anushka mentioned that she wanted to focus on family over her career once she found the right partner.

Anushka and Virat, who met during an ad shoot, got married in December 2017 in Italy. They have two children: daughter Vamika, born in January 2021, and son Akaay, born in February 2024. Despite her earlier views, Anushka has remained active in the industry, both as an actress and a producer. Her last on-screen role was in the 2018 film Zero, and she is set to return with Chakda Xpress, a biopic on cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
