He was born on 26 November 1967 and has made a very significant remark on the education system of Telangana.

This dedicated IPS officer served as the secretary of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society. He has completed his graduation journey in Veterinary Science from the Agriculture University of Andhra Pradesh. He was part of the renowned Indian Police Service Batch of 1995 and later he also pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the very prestigious Harvard University’s Kennedy School. 

He has improved the lives of many people under his visionary leadership, and the residential school of Telangana has become the bastion of success stories. His focus was not only on improving the academics but the overall holistic development of the students. Later on 19th July 2021 he announced voluntary retirement and resigned from the post as the secretary of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and tribal welfare residential educational society. On August 8, 2021, he also joined the Bahujan Samaj Party.

He has been awarded the President Police Medal for his dedication and meritoriousness and also awarded by the Government of Telangana the Telangana Excellence Award.
