Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri Buys an Premium Apartment in Mumbai

Famous Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi Joshi who is an actress, have together bought a premium residential apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri suburb in Versova for Rs 17.92 crores.

According to some sources, the couple has bought the property from the project Ecstasy Realty which is a development project. The report also shared that the apartment is on the 30th floor of the building and is has an area of 3,258 sq ft which also comes with three car parking slots.

The director and his wife have given a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore for the registration. The documents were examined through Indextap.com. The value of per sq ft of the apartment was around Rs 55,000. 

'The Kashmir Files' was a great success at the box office. The movie had a budget of Rs 15-20 crore but it recorded a worldwide collection of over Rs 340 crore. The movie has starred Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi, Chinmay Mandlekar and Bhasha Sumbli.
